Excerpt: Reciprocity means very different things to different people. Therefore, any discussion of reciprocity, as it pertains to pesticide certification, has to begin with definitions. CTAG (Certification and Training Assessment Group) presents the definitions and a discussion of the various strategies used by governmental agencies, states and tribes to achieve cross-jurisdictional reciprocity for issuing new credentials. This paper does not extend into the issue of reciprocity for continuing education (recertification) approvals.
